Cheadle Hulme Methodist Church, my home church, have been more than willing to allow Ascent to help produce materials for events and services in the life of the church.

Messy Church

This postcard was designed to promote a new "Messy Church" style service which is being started at Cheadle Hulme Methodist Church. As well as the card layout, Ascent provided a logo which reflects the various elements of the service, including craft, food and newspapers.

Marriage Enrichment

Based on the 'Marriage Course' material from Holy Trinity Brompton, CHMC ran a 'Marriage Enrichment Course'. Ascent designed the above A0 poster as well as a matching A5 flyer and registration form.

Parenting Course

Ascent also produced an eye-catching card for a "From Pram to Primary" parenting course being run at the church, based on the popular and successful material by the Family Caring Trust, and supported by the Stockport CVS Impact fund. The brief was to make the card appealing, but without the use of usual "happy family" pictures;

Church Logo

Ascent used the distinctive shape of the Church's Sanctuary on a set of logos - one for the church as a whole, and then a set which reflect the groups within the life of the church.
